IT’S PLANTING SEASON

Hello Beautiful,

Have you ever planted a seed and then checked the soil the next day, hoping to see something growing?

Most of us know better. We understand that growth takes time. Seeds don't become harvests overnight. Roots must develop beneath the surface long before anything beautiful appears above it.

Yet when it comes to our own lives, we often expect immediate results.

We want the stronger marriage now. The thriving business now. The healed heart now. The answered prayer now.

But God often works through seasons.

The Bible reminds us, "Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy" (Psalm 126:5). Notice that there is a sowing before there is a reaping. There is planting before there is harvesting.

Maybe this season of your life feels slow. Maybe you're faithfully showing up, praying, serving, learning, healing, or building something meaningful, and you're wondering if any of it is making a difference.

It is.

Every act of obedience is a seed. Every prayer is a seed. Every difficult conversation, every small step of faith, every moment you choose to keep going when quitting would be easier—those are seeds too.

Galatians 6:9 encourages us, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

At the proper time.

Not our time. Not social media's time. Not comparison's time.

God's time.

So if you're in a planting season, don't be discouraged by what you cannot yet see. Trust that God is working beneath the surface. The roots are growing. The foundation is forming. The harvest is coming.

Keep planting.

Keep trusting.

Keep believing.

With Love,

Kris
